During the Action phase of the next campaign round, when players are determining which mission is used, the player with this card can choose to change their pre-battle choice to Reconnoitre, after the players have revealed their choices. If both players have a card that allows them to change their pre-battle choice, they roll off, and the winner chooses the order in which they each get the opportunity to do so. This does not apply to battles in which a player is assaulting a special location using the Assault Stronghold’ card.
